1. Who we are

2. Who may use the website

• You must be 18 or older to use the website. If you are under 18 you must leave now.
• You are responsible for making sure that using free social games is lawful where you live.
• We may ask you to confirm your age again, and may restrict or close any account where we believe the user is under 18.

3. What the website is

The website is a free gallery of social games for entertainment only. It is not a gambling service.

• Nothing on the website can be bought. We do not accept deposits, payments or card details.
• Virtual credits shown in the games have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services.

4. Accounts

• For security, five incorrect password attempts lock an account’s password sign-in for 15 minutes.

You agree not to: use the website if you are under 18; provide false details; try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its games; use bots, scripts or automation against the forms or games; copy or resell the website or games; or use the website unlawfully or to harass anyone.

6. Games and third-party content

The games are embedded game files that open inside our pages. We do not promise that any game will always be available, error-free or work on every device. Games may be changed, paused or removed at any time. Game results are random or scripted for entertainment and are not predictions of anything.

7. Intellectual property
