Where it is kept

  • Accounts are stored on our web server as protected files that cannot be opened from the web (there is no separate database). They stay until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.
  • Messages you send through the forms are emailed from our server, using an email delivery service (SMTP), to our support inbox. We also keep a protected delivery log containing only the date, whether delivery worked, which form was used and any technical error. It does not contain your name, email or message.
  • In your browser we store your age confirmation, your cookie-notice choice and your session start time (for the session timer), plus a sign-in session cookie when you use a form or sign in. See the Cookie Policy.
  • Our hosting provider’s servers may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and page requested) for security and operation.
