What we use

NameTypeWhat it doesHow long
eae_sidCookie (first-party, strictly necessary)Keeps you signed in and protects forms against forgery. Only set when you open a page with a form (contact, support, sign in, register, forgot password) or sign in.Until you close your browser
eae_ageLocal storageRemembers that you confirmed you are 18 or over in this browser.Until you clear your browser data
eae_noticeLocal storageRemembers that you dismissed the cookie notice.Until you clear your browser data
eae_underSession storageRemembers that you said you were under 18 so the age check stays closed for that tab.Until the tab is closed
eae_startSession storageRecords when your session began, for the session timer and break reminder.Until the tab is closed

These are strictly necessary for the site to work as described, so there is no consent switch; the notice at the bottom of the page is for information. You can clear all of them in your browser settings at any time, and you will simply be asked your age again.

Third parties

  • Google Sign-In. If Google sign-in is switched on, the login and register pages load a script from Google (accounts.google.com). Google may set its own cookies when you use it. See Google’s cookie information. Google’s script is not loaded on other pages.
  • Games. Games open in a window on our Games page from game files hosted on earthandeye.com. A game may use your browser’s storage or cookies to run. We do not use them to track you across other sites.

We do not load third-party fonts, advertising networks, analytics or social plug-ins.

Controlling cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking the necessary cookie means sign-in and the contact forms will not work.
